i made sushi for dinner today!
nice crabmeat, cucumber and egg omelette maki! and california maki! HAHA. good attempt this time round. looks good and taste not bad.
but at the start i thought i added too much vinegar, it tasted too sweet and sour.
BUT dunno why finish wrapping le, den the taste like minus 10000000000000 times, becomes abit blant. so qi guai, maybe i wrap too slow den the rice put too long??
anybody knows why??
